Recently, White Crown Photography had the pleasure of documenting a remarkable three-day corporate retreat in the stunning Riviera Maya for CrossCountry Mortgage. Hosted between the luxurious Banyan Tree Mayakoba and the charming El Pueblito Mayakoba, the event blended business, relaxation, and celebration in one of Mexico’s most beautiful settings.

From the very first moments of the event, the atmosphere was one of excitement and anticipation. Our coverage began with the arrival and check-in of the guests. As participants arrived at the resort, there was a palpable sense of enthusiasm as colleagues greeted one another, many reconnecting after time apart. Capturing these authentic first moments. With the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea and the elegant design of the resort as a backdrop, the event offered a perfect blend of relaxation and celebration. Guests enjoyed the sunshine, refreshing drinks, and music while spending time together in a laid-back tropical setting. Moments by the pool, walks along the beach, and candid interactions among colleagues created countless opportunities to capture natural and spontaneous images. The atmosphere was joyful and carefree, reflecting the purpose of the retreat, to celebrate the team’s accomplishments and strengthen connections.

Capturing this final evening was particularly special. The golden sunset transitioning into candlelit night created a magical visual progression that perfectly symbolized the closing of the event.
